Digital twin
A 3D avatar driven by the collar's state machine — idle, walk, run, rest, sleep, play, scratch. See what they're doing at home.
Meet the twin →A soft collar quietly senses how your pet moves and rests. The Pawphant app turns it into a living 3D twin and a gentle daily diary — over home Wi-Fi and your phone's Bluetooth.
A slow morning stroll, then a long sunny nap. sample
Three simple ideas, and nothing we don't need.
A 3D avatar driven by the collar's state machine — idle, walk, run, rest, sleep, play, scratch. See what they're doing at home.
Meet the twin →Activity, rest and skin-temperature trends told as a daily story — not location tracks.
Read a sample day →Wi-Fi at home, Bluetooth to your phone outdoors. Nothing to subscribe to.
See the collar →The collar is a quiet data inlet. The magic happens in the app.
A soft, light band with a small sensor capsule. Clip it on and pair it with the app in a minute or two.
An IMU reads posture and motion; a contact sensor follows skin-temperature trends against your pet's own baseline.
Their state becomes a living 3D avatar, and each day is gathered into a short, readable story.
At home the collar connects through your Wi-Fi, so the twin reflects what they're up to while you're out.
On walks, the collar talks to your phone over Bluetooth Low Energy while you're together.
Out of range? The collar keeps notes on board and catches up the next time it's home. The app shows the last sync time.
Our sample Shiba Inu, Dango (团子). Every number below is illustrative sample data.
Quiet and settled. We'll add it to today's diary. sample

The home screen is all Dango. Their 3D twin naps, trots and plays along with the collar's state machine — and a small chip tells you how fresh that picture is.
Start from a breed template (examples: Shiba, Corgi, Poodle, Shorthair cat), then tweak colours.

Take or pick a clear photo, or choose a breed template. Wait a moment while the app generates a soft 3D avatar inspired by their colours and markings, preview it, and it's linked to their live state. If generation doesn't work out, you can Retry or Use a template instead.

Instead of a list of coordinates, you get moments: the walk, the nap, the zoomies. Read it on the train home, or look back on a whole week.
Trends compare your pet with their own usual pattern. Not a diagnosis — talk to your vet about any health concern.

Weekly trends of activity, rest and skin temperature, each compared with your pet's own baseline — so "a quieter week than usual" is easy to spot.
Pawphant is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Chart values shown are sample data.
New outfits for the twin drop now and then. Cosmetic only.

A wearable first, a sensor second. Concept specifications — final details at launch.
Battery: details at launch.
Fewer features, on purpose. Here's what you won't find — and why we're at peace with that.
No SIM, no modem, no data plan. The collar stays small and light.
Buy the collar and use the app. No plan to keep paying for.
We show how they are, not where they are every second.
No talking through the collar. It's a calm sensor, not a speaker.
Sharing may come one day. For now it's just you and them.
What's left is the part we care about most: knowing they're okay, and enjoying who they are.
Different jobs, different trade-offs. A plain-language side-by-side.

Join the waitlistNo — there's no live GPS. Pawphant shows how your pet is (their state and their day), not where they are.
If you'd like a location option, the collar has an optional Tag bay for an AirTag-class or certified Find My tag. That tag is handled entirely by your phone's system Find app, not by Pawphant.
Pawphant has no cellular modem, so there's no data plan to pay for. The collar uses your home Wi-Fi and your phone's Bluetooth.
While you're together, the collar connects to your phone over Bluetooth Low Energy. If it's out of range, it stores data on board and syncs when it's back home. The app always shows the last sync time.
We're designing for both dogs and cats. Sizing and fit details for cats will be confirmed before launch.
No. Pawphant is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Activity, rest and skin-temperature trends are for everyday awareness only. Please talk to your vet about any health concern.
We collect movement and skin-temperature signals to power the twin and diary — no audio, no camera, no location tracking. Our full privacy policy will be published before launch, including how to export or delete your data.
We're targeting IP67 for the capsule, designed for rain, puddles and splashy walks. Final ratings will be confirmed at launch.
Battery details will be shared at launch. Charging is via a magnetic snap-on connector.
